3.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) macauph account. 3.4 macauph reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where macauph suspects that the registration is fraudulent, the player is located in a restricted jurisdiction, or the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
3.5 Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all macauph accounts before withdrawals may be processed. KYC requirements include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your macauph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
4.2 macauph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from macauph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

4.4 macauph is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, subject to macauph's own obligations to maintain a secure Platform.
4.5 macauph may impose additional security measures on your account at any time, including requiring additional identity verification, restricting login from specific devices, or temporarily suspending account access pending security review.
SECTION 05
5.1 All deposits to your macauph account must be made using payment methods accepted by macauph, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. This list is subject to change and current available methods are displayed on the macauph deposit page.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Where macauph detects a third-party deposit, the deposit may be returned, the account suspended, and any winnings generated from such deposits voided.
5.3 All macauph wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). For USDT TRC20 deposits, the applicable PHP conversion rate at the time of deposit will be applied, as displayed in the macauph deposit interface.
5.4 macauph does not charge deposit fees for most standard payment methods. However, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your chosen deposit method.

SECTION 06
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully verified macauph account holders. KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID — must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the macauph account. macauph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or anonymous payment instruments.
6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the macauph withdrawal section. Processing times vary by method:
6.4 macauph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional identity verification, fraud investigation, or where the withdrawal would constitute a suspicious transaction requiring review under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
6.5 Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Partially wagered bonus balances may be voided upon withdrawal request if wagering requirements have not been met.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the macauph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any macauph content.
11.3 The macauph name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of macauph. Unauthorized use of any macauph marks, branding, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
SECTION 12
12.1 macauph provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate performance, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, macauph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to macauph in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 macauph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, even if macauph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits macauph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by macauph's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
SECTION 13
13.1 macauph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the macauph Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
13.2 By registering an account with macauph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided express consent — marketing communications.
13.3 macauph implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All login sessions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.
13.4 macauph may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or law enforcement agencies, without prior notice to the player, where required by Philippine law or a valid legal order.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory complaint procedures. macauph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute resolution process.
15.4 Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
SECTION 16
16.1 macauph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS notification, or via a prominent notice on the macauph Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
16.2 Your continued use of the macauph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
16.3 The version of these Terms currently published on macauph.club/terms-conditions is the version applicable to your use of the Platform. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request to macauph support.
